Starting a new Sea Glass Lamp

I forgot how much sea glass a lamp shade uses up!!

This is a lamp shade at the very early stages in design, to get to this point I have spent countless hours first sea glass hunting then washing, sorting and foiling the glass. In this photo the glass is laying on a pattern I have cut out to make sure I have enough glass for the shade I have designed. I didn't have enough glass ready, so a bit more work and then  the fun will start :)
