Cloud painting and new project!

I worked on the cloud painting a bit more today, it still has a lot of work to be done on it before it's finished, but I am really enjoying it so far.

Don't ask me why but I started a new project!! I've had this jewellery box on my top shelf for ages and today I started working on it. I'm going to mosaic the glass section in the lid. I'm not sure what colours or pattern I will use yet, I came up with about four different versions in my head while I stained it LOL.

Japanese black and red varnish mixed together give it a nice rich colour
